OUR SAVIOR PRESCHOOL has been serving the Washington community since September of 1988. It is licensed by the state of Illinois Department of Child and Family Services.

 

The 3 YEAR OLD PROGRAM meets on Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 9:00 – 11:30 am (September to May) Enrollment is limited to15 students. A child must be 3 yrs old on or before September 1^st.

 

The 4 YEAR OLD PROGRAM meets on Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings from 9:00 – 11:30 am (September to May) Enrollment is limited to19 students. A child must be 4 yrs old on or before September 1^st.

 

As the school year ended, in May the three-year-old class learned about May flowers and bugs.  We have had a great year and we finished it with a Bubble Day where we had bubble stories, songs, painting and even blowing bubbles.  We had an Outdoor Art Day with some messy and fun art projects with the help of our parents.

 

The four-year-old class finished the alphabet with letters Y and Z, and the numbers with 9 and 10.  We learned about frogs and plants and finished our year with a field trip to Pizza Hut and a picnic in the park.  It was another great year!

 

The GOALS OF OUR SAVIOR PRESCHOOL:

To introduce your child to a school routine within a Christian atmosphere.

To help your child develop self-confidence, self-control, & personal responsibility

To expand physical development through large & small motor activities for every child

To provide language development & instill Kindergarten preparedness for every child
